Ingredients
  

Crostini
  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 loaf French Bread
  • 5 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 small log blueberry goat cheese
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Slice the tomatoes and French bread.
  2. Grill the tomato slices and bread until lightly charred.
  3. Make the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the blueberry goat cheese onto each slice of grilled French bread.
  5. Top each crostini with a grilled tomato slice.
  6. Drizzle with the dressing and garnish with fresh sage.
