Chocolate-Covered Valentine Graham Cracker Sandwiches

Easy Valentine graham cracker sandwiches filled with strawberry frosting, coated in chocolate candy melts, and finished with pink candy-melt drizzle and festive sprinkles.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sleeves graham crackers
  • 1 can strawberry frosting
  • 1 package chocolate candy melts
  • 1 package pink candy melts
  • Valentine sprinkles (or any sprinkles)

Equipment

  • microwave
  • microwave-safe bowls
  • silicone baking mat or parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Break the graham crackers into squares.
  2. Spread strawberry frosting on one graham cracker square and top with another square to make a sandwich.
  3. Melt the chocolate candy melts in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  4. Dip each graham cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate until coated.
  5. Place the coated sandwiches on a silicone baking mat or parchment paper and allow the chocolate to set completely.
  6. Melt the pink candy melts in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the melted pink candy melts over the chocolate-covered graham cracker sandwiches.
  8. Immediately decorate with Valentine sprinkles and allow the candy coating to set before serving.

Notes

  • Allow the chocolate coating to set completely before adding the pink candy-melt drizzle.
  • Add the Valentine sprinkles while the pink drizzle is still wet so they stick.
